Para o seu Dudu Camargo Bar Restaurante (303), o chef Dudu Camargo, promete oferecer uma noite de Réveillon (31/12) para lá de especial: baladinha intimista com boa gastronomia ao som dos DJs Daniel Black (21h as 0h30) e Bell Mesk (a partir das 0h30). Uma noite para comer bem, brindar e porque não começar com o pé direito!

Daniel Black é um dos responsáveis pela festa Criolina e pelo coletivo Só Som Salva. Passeia pelas novas vertentes da black music, misturando funk, break, disco e afrobeats, na procura incansável da batida perfeita. Já dividiu a noite com nomes como DJ Zegon, Nego Moçambique e Patife. É DJ residente da casa e está a frente dos projetos Mamute e Melissa (urbans beats) em Brasília.

Bell Mesk, também residente de algumas noites da casa, segue a linha do House Music, passando pelo Drum’n Bass e hoje é um dos maiores representantes da cena eletrônica da cidade. Impulsionado pelos sons Black, Soul e Funk das festas dos anos 90, o DJ sempre teve como premissa estar à frente dos decks no tempo em que a imagem dos DJs era de meros figurantes nos eventos. O interesse pela música lhe rendeu várias amizades com “nomes” da época o que viabilizou sua participação em eventos como o Underground Movement, onde pôde mostrar toda sua competência, obtendo como retorno o reconhecimento do público alternativo local e os convites para integrar o Line Up dos vários eventos: grandes festas como Love Parade e Ecosystem fazem parte de sua carreira.
No quesito gastronômico, os clientes poderão se deliciar com um vasto buffet de antepastos, pratos especiais para a virada, destaque para a tradicional lentilha, que segundo a tradição proporciona sorte, desfile de pratos by Dudu Camargo e sobremesas. Quem não quiser ficar de fora as reservas já estão sendo feitas mediante pagamento antecipado (R$180,00 por pessoa e inclui bebida não alcoólica. Bebidas alcoólicas serão cobradas a parte) , no próprio restaurante. Você não pode ficar fora dessa! Confira o menu:

- Buffet de antepastos: terrine de haddock defumado com geléia de lichia, camarão e salmão marinados, tender com caviar de rapadura, lombinho recheado de frutas secas com molho de damasco, salada de bacalhau com batata baroa e espinafre, cuscuz marroquino da virada, rocambole de mussarela de búfala com figos turcos, berinjela agridoce, caponata, pasta de tomate e mussarela defumada, pasta de presunto de Parma e tâmaras, pasta de queijo do reino com vinho do Porto, salada de grãos com camarão, cesta de frutas e cestas de pães.
- Para a virada: lentilha da fortuna, lentilha com lingüiça de javali e croutons de alho.
- Desfile de pratos by Dudu Camargo: arroz de coalhada com quibe assado com pinholi, paella negra com frutos do mar, ravióli de mussarela ao molho de tomate passato e pesto de azeitona, musseline de batata doce e limão galego com lagostin com ervas de provence, mini filé goiabada, pirulito de hossomaki e risoto de cordeiro com chutney de carambola.
- Sobremesas: strudel bipolar, sonho trufados de chocolate com pimenta de sorvete de baunilha e suflê de frutas vermelhas com creme inglês.
